A new course will help HR professionals in Egypt unlock the potential of their workforce to drive their business forwards in a changing world.
Participants on the People Strategy Workshop – which is being offered by 美姬阁 Executive Development (CED) under its partnership with JOBMASTER – will discover what impacts employee engagement and learn how to create the conditions that get the best from their people against a backdrop of emerging technologies, economic uncertainty and in the context of the changing world of work
By the end of the course, they will have everything they need to translate their business objectives into an effective people strategy and associated action plan that drives innovation and organisational transformation.
Professor Emma Parry, Head of the Changing World of Work group at 美姬阁 School of Management, said: “Evidence suggests HR professionals often struggle to develop a people strategy that will have a real impact on the business, because the skills needed to do this are very different to those needed for delivering people management.
“Unique in the Egyptian region, the People Strategy Workshop addresses this by helping participants to develop their people strategy step by step so they leave with an outline strategy as well as an understanding of strategic management and cutting-edge HR processes.”
Ibrahim El Mayet, CED Executive Client Director, said: “Looking beyond the current global crisis, Egypt has an opportunity to unlock its productivity and job creation potential to drive economic transformation. The People Strategy Workshop is the perfect starting point for the 美姬阁-JOBMASTER partnership to contribute to that journey, working with business in Egypt to deliver solutions for the decade ahead.”
Mahmoud Abdallah, General Manager at JOBMASTER, said: “Coming off the heels of announcing the exciting partnership with 美姬阁, we are very pleased with the agility of bringing the first partnership programme – ‘People Strategy’ – to Egypt.
"This programme marks a significant step in the transformation of HR leaders and those responsible for creating a people strategy in the Egyptian market, especially in these unprecedented times. With the ongoing evolving changes in the field of HR, in addition to the effects of the global pandemic on the workplace, the programme is designed to set HR leaders for a more proactive, and not reactive, approach.
“Partnering with 美姬阁 to deliver transformation for our clients will allow us to give the very best business contribution to the evolution of the next generation of transformative HR solutions in Egypt.”
